Lisa is a Native Texan and 3rd generation in the transportation with a strong background in project management in both transportation and environmental industry.  She has two beautiful, kind, driven daughters, one stellar grandson and many 'adopted' young people that she has mentored.

Lisa founded STI/Landstar JRG in 1998 and focuses her attention on helping her team become the best version of themselves in service and life.

Joe is a native of Alabama and got to Texas as quickly as he could.  Joe came to JRG from a 20-year career in sales and marketing in the machine automation industry.   He has been the bridge between shipping and OEM many times. 

Joe has four grown, accomplished children and two grandsons, whom he loves greatly.  He spends his time in the office talking to drivers, training our staff, reviewing JRG's customer service levels/processes and strengthening relationships.  The rest of the time, he loves his grandsons.

Karyn is another Native Texan!  She is celebrating her 8th year with Landstar JRG.  She has worn many hats but is the glue that keeps the office together.  She has an incredible command of language and communication.  She leads the administrative team and liaisons with corporate on most matters.  She is our rock.

Karyn has four talented and beautiful children who, like her, live/travel the USA.  She her interests are vast and she is living her best life!

Kagan is a Native Alabamian, a super mom of 3 kiddos, a wife, and a multi-tasking leader whose weekends include driving tractors and chasing down her kids and farm animals.  She has more 10 years experience in direct customer sales and has worked the last 4 years managing the largest JIT freight at JRG.  She currently leads a team of load planners and dispatchers on all our JRG accounts and celebrating her 8th year at Landstar JRG.

Natalie is a Native of the Great State of Texas, a super mom of 2 children, a wife, a former Landstar BCO, a techno-genius and an incredible amateur bakery-chef.  She worked as a JRG load planner on several large accounts for more than 4 years but recently took over the trailer pool management and serves as our Track/Trace Team Manager.  Natalie is celebrating her 6th year with Landstar JRG.

Susie is a Native of Colorado, a super mom and grandmother, wife, and one of the best cooks ever.  She has been a load planner, operations manager and track/trace manager but currently heads our Heavy Haul Department while acting as our Training Manager for all new load planners.  Susie has worked in transportation/logistics for more than 20 years and is celebrating her 18th year with Landstar JRG.
